When do I need to RSVP by?

If you could RSVP as soon as you get a chance, it would really help us get the ball rolling. The final deadline is 25th May 2026. If we don’t hear from you by then, we will assume you cannot make our day.

How can I RSVP?

We’re asking everyone to please RSVP using the website. As much as we love a quick “ah yeah, we’ll be there” in passing, we can’t count that as an official RSVP 😄 The reason for this is that menu choices are selected in advance and linked directly to your profile on our website, so everything needs to be done online to keep things running smoothly. To RSVP, you can 1) Scan the QR code on your paper invite, 2) Head straight to the RSVP tab on our website Once you enter your full name (first and last name), the rest of your party should appear at the same time. Please make sure to RSVP for all members of your party, for both Day 1 and Day 2 events. From there, just follow the steps to select your menu choices and fill in any extra bits we’ve asked for. Thanks so much for bearing with us, we promise it really helps everything run smoothly and we appreciate it more than you know.

What time should I arrive on the Wedding Day?

The ceremony starts at 2:00pm but the bar will be open from 1:00pm... so get there early, grab a drink, catch up with a few familiar faces and ease yourself into the day. We’ll be rounding everyone up to be seated by 1:45pm, so we can get things started on time.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking available at Beech Hill Country House.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Everything is taking place on site at Beech Hill Country House. Our ceremony will be outdoors under the trees in the beautiful forest. This is of course weather permitting and fingers crossed it behaves! If there are any changes, we’ll make sure everyone knows on the day.

What kind of ceremony is it?

We’re having a humanist ceremony, which means it’s been thoughtfully put together to reflect us as a couple. Expect a few laughs, a few emotional moments and maybe the odd tail wag here or there 🐕

Can I take photos?

Yes, we’d love you to take photos throughout the day and capture all the fun (and later share them with us pls). Feel free to share on social media whenever you want, we don't mind. Dexter loves pictures too... just saying. The only exception is during the ceremony, where we’re asking everyone to keep phones away so it stays intimate and we can all be fully present in the moment. You'll be reminded on the day so don't worry!

Will Dexter be involved?

Yes 🐾 Our dog Dexter will be very much part of the day, so keep an eye out for him during the ceremony. He’s extremely friendly, loves a bit of attention, and may get a little excited (the odd jump included!). Don’t worry though, he’ll be well looked after by our dog sitter throughout the day, so if dogs aren’t really your thing, you can relax and enjoy without any stress.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed along with yours when you RSVP online. If you’re unsure, just give us a shout, no awkwardness!

Are children welcome?

We’re keeping things small and relaxed, so only our nieces and nephews are invited (that’s one teenager, 9 kiddos and 2 babies in total🤍). If your invitation includes children, it’ll be clearly stated. Otherwise, we hope you enjoy a night off and a bit of grown-up craic.

Food allergies or dietary restrictions?

You can fill this in when you RSVP online just to make sure, but in any case, there will be alternatives available for you,

Can I bring my instrument? ...bit random

We’re planning a bit of an evening sing-song towards the end of the evening (12am), so instruments are very welcome if you’re brave enough to join in. No obligations, just good craic if it happens 🎶

Evening guests

Due to venue capacity, we’re limited to 120 guests for our ceremony and dinner. If you haven’t received a formal invitation for this part of the day, we’re very sorry and hope you understand. If you’ve received an evening invitation, please do join us from 8pm onwards for the celebrations, including Irish dancing, a DJ and plenty of party food.

What's the story with the Day 2?

Day 2 is all about keeping things easy. We’ll be in Walled City Brewery in Derry on Sunday from 1:00–5:00pm for pizzas, pints and a proper come down from the big day. It’s very casual so drop in for as long or as little as you like. Bar service ends at 6:00pm with everyone heading off before 7:00pm. If you’re planning to swing by, let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure there’s plenty of food to go around. More details are on the Day 2 Tab.
