We’re so excited to be celebrating our wedding at Beech Hill Country House in Derry. The venue has a limited number of bedrooms (30 in total), which have been reserved for our close family and wedding party - see end of page for booking instructions.
For everyone else, we’ve organised room blocks in two nearby hotels, The Maldron and DaVinci's Hotels both just a short 10-15 minute drive from the venue. There is free parking available for all on the wedding venue grounds and taxis are easy to book in Derry. You’ll find all the booking details and deadlines below. If you do not secure a room within the deadline, there may still be rooms available so worth a call or look online in any case.
Just a little heads up, the Derry Foyle Cup is taking place during our wedding week, so accommodation in the area is likely to book up quickly.
We’d really recommend booking sooner rather than later.
There are also lots of lovely Airbnb options around Derry, which can be a more affordable choice if that suits you better.
Da Vinci's Hotel
We’ve got 10 rooms held at a special rate of £150 per room per night (B&B) for Saturday 25th July (the night of the wedding) and 5 rooms for the 24th July if anyone wants to travel the day before.

The rooms are held until 31st March 2026, after which any remaining rooms will be released back to the general public.
Maldron Hotel Derry
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
We’ve got 10 rooms held at a special rate of £190 per room per night (B&B) for Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July (the night before and the night of the wedding).
You can book either one night or both nights and still get the discounted rate.

For Close Family & Wedding Party
A room has already been reserved for you for the night of the wedding at Beech Hill Country House. You will have been notified of this. If you change your mind and decide not to stay at our venue, please let Avril know so the room can be offered to other guests.
Beech Hill Country House
Beech Hill will contact you directly to arrange payment and confirm your booking 6 weeks prior to the wedding. If you prefer to arrange this sooner, please contact Beech Hill Country House via email or phone

Payment will be taken 20 days before arrival using the credit or debit card provided at booking.
The cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made after this time will unfortunately be charged in full.
Breakfast is served daily from 8:30am to 10:30am.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.
No early or late check-in/out is available.
Rates:
Room rates for single occupancy: £100/£120/£200 and double occupancy £150/£225 including B&B. Different prices for different rooms. Rooms have been allocated with the help of family to determine your requirements.
Additional charges
Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 3–16 years: £15 bed & breakfast supplement per child.
Additional adults: £30 bed & breakfast supplement per adult.
